Right now, the focus is Project CABO, FM DIRECT and SCOPE.

Project CABO
Project CABO is where the tiny home work became real.
CABO Solana moved from an idea and a set of drawings into a finished home on site. Along the way, decisions had to be made around placement, solar, access, drainage, fit-out, suppliers and how the home would actually work day to day.
CABO Haven is the next stage. It takes what was learned from Solana and begins building out the site around it, including outdoor living, storage, shelter, future power needs and better everyday use.
FM DIRECT
FM DIRECT grew out of the practical decisions behind CABO Solana.
The aim is not to give buyers a wall of products and tell them to choose. It is to help them ask the right questions before committing to a builder, supplier, product or site setup.
The work already covers solar, water, access, appliances, fit-out, stairs, storage, outdoor setup and supplier coordination.
SCOPE
SCOPE is how FirmaMentum works out whether an idea deserves to move forward.
It looks at whether the idea makes sense, whether there is a real need for it, whether it can be supplied and operated properly, what could go wrong and whether it still has value over time.
Not every idea deserves more time or money. SCOPE helps decide which ones do.
