Solana: Completed

CABO Solana was completed and ready for delivery.

The focus is on the interior, exterior, appliances, storage, fit-out details and final presentation of the home as a usable living space.

For the first time, the whole home could be looked at properly rather than as separate rooms, materials and build decisions.

What this stage showed

A finished tiny home can look simple from the outside, but it only works when all the smaller choices come together properly.

The bathroom, kitchen, stairs, storage, appliances, sleeping areas, windows, finishes, and exterior all had to work inside a very small space.

The lesson

Completion does not automatically mean the project is finished.

A home can be fully built and still raise new questions once it is delivered, placed, connected, and actually lived in.

CABO Solana was complete as a tiny home, but the surrounding site had not yet caught up with it.

Connected to FM DIRECT

What we learned here feeds directly into FM DIRECT’s work around appliances, fit-out and everyday living.

Before a build is locked in, buyers need to know whether the appliances will fit, the storage will work, the stairs will be practical, and the layout will suit the way they actually plan to live.

Next stage

Once CABO Solana was completed, the next step was getting it onto the site and into its final position.
