Solana: Showcase

CABO Solana was finished, placed and ready to be lived in rather than looked at as a construction project.

The photos show the interior, exterior, fit-out and living areas once everything had been brought together.

This was the first clear look at how the design choices worked in a finished space.

What this stage showed

The finished home needed to do more than look good in photographs.

The kitchen, bathroom, sleeping areas, storage, stairs, appliances and living space all had to feel practical once the home was furnished and being used.

The lesson

A finished home can look very different once furniture, appliances and everyday belongings are added.

CABO Solana showed which choices worked well, where space mattered most and how quickly a small layout can change depending on the way it is used.

Connected to FM DIRECT

What we learned from the finished home feeds into FM DIRECT’s work around appliances, fit-out, storage and everyday living.

Buyers need to think beyond an empty floor plan and consider what will actually be inside the home, how they will move through it and what they need the space to do each day.

Next stage

Once CABO Solana was finished and in use, attention turned to everything the surrounding site still needed.
